Attending

Guests should arrive at 19.30hrs for the drinks reception, prior to the dinner commencing at 20.15hrs. This is a great opportunity to mingle, catch up with old colleagues and start to make new friends. Prior to the evening, you will be sent an electronic ticket, to gain entry on the night.

Dinner will be served at 20.15 with guests sitting down to enjoy a 3 course meal, the Menu will be announced soon. Our MC for the evening is Sony Award winner Paul Coyte of Virgin Radio and TalkSPORT

Tables are arranged for settings of 10, with Champagne tables being closest to the stage. Please advise us as soon as possible of any vegetarian preferences or dietary requirements.

There will be full still and video photography on site to capture all the action from the awards ceremony and the rest of the evening, for use by participating companies in future PR opportunities.

After the awards ceremony, there will be a DJ and dance floor on hand to help celebrate success and of course a bar to keep the party in full swing.

Carriages will be at 12.30am

Table costs for this year are £4200 for a Champagne table for 10 or £3750 for a Standard table of 10. Individual tickets are available for £399 (minimum of 2)

Tables include 5 bottles of wine on the table, 3 course meal, entry to Champagne Reception, entertainment and awards ceremony. Champagne Tables feature 5 bottles of Champagne in addition to wine are seated closest to the stage and receive priority service.
